These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and responsibilities that apply when you use our website and studio facilities, and when you book or purchase services from us online or in person.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
1. Definitions
“Studio” refers to our physical space used for recording, filming, and production.
“Client” refers to you—the person or entity making a booking or purchase.
“Services” include any bookings, studio usage, audio/video production, editing, consulting, or equipment rental offered by us.
“Content” refers to any digital or physical media produced during your session.

2. Booking & Payment Terms
2.1 Booking Confirmation
All sessions must be booked through our official website, via direct contact, or third-party scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly).
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
2.2 Payment Requirements
A minimum deposit of [percentage] or full payment is required to confirm your booking.
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, PayPal, and payment gateways such as Stripe or Razorpay.
All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.
2.3 Invoices & Receipts
Clients will receive automated receipts via email.
Invoices for business use are available upon request.
3. Cancellations, Refunds, & Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or “no-shows” are non-refundable.
3.2 Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled once, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Short-notice reschedules are subject to availability and a fee may apply.
3.3 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Refunds do not include service fees charged by payment gateways.
4. Studio Use Guidelines
4.1 Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to arrive on time and be prepared.
Overages in time may result in additional charges billed in 30-minute increments.
4.2 Conduct & Safety
Disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or dangerous equipment use will result in immediate termination without refund.
Children under 16 must be supervised at all times.
4.3 Damage & Liability
Clients are liable for any intentional or accidental damage to studio property or equipment.
A security deposit may be charged and withheld for damages or cleaning fees if needed.
5. Intellectual Property & Media Rights
5.1 Ownership of Content
All content filmed or recorded during a session is owned by the client unless explicitly transferred.
We may retain a copy of footage for archival or backup purposes for up to 30 days.
5.2 Usage by Studio (Optional)
With your consent, we may showcase your content or behind-the-scenes footage for marketing, portfolio, or social media.
If you wish to opt out, simply email us with your request.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All sessions are private and closed unless you request otherwise. No unauthorized individuals will access your content.
7. Technical Failures & Force Majeure
We are not liable for service delays or cancellations due to force majeure, including but not limited to: power outages, natural disasters, health emergencies, or governmental restrictions.
If technical issues arise due to our equipment, a reshoot or credit may be offered at our discretion.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client if:
There is a violation of these Terms.
The client engages in abusive or illegal conduct.
Payments are not made or chargebacks occur.
9. Legal & Jurisdiction
